The fully leased park comprises 19 stores and service units and serves a catchment area of more than 100,000 residents. With the addition, BIG Poland’s portfolio now totals nearly 258,000 sqm GLA.

CEO Eran Levy cited the property’s strategic location, strong tenant mix and stable performance as key factors behind the acquisition, noting it strengthens the company’s presence in the Warsaw metropolitan area. Rebranding under the BIG name is planned for completion this summer, with a program of customer events to follow in subsequent months.

CFO Elad Pedy confirmed the acquisition was financed with mBank, describing the deal as a reflection of the two companies’ long-term partnership.
