Altera contracts Okay Fashion & Jeans for Zwolle Zuid

Real estate investor Altera Vastgoed (Altera) has added Okay Fashion to the district shopping center Zwolle Zuid. Approximately 285 sq m have been leased to the women's and men's fashion chain for a long-term period.

Erwin Wessels, CIO Altera: “The arrival of Okay Fashion & Jeans expands the offering of fashion retail in Zwolle Zuid. The wide range of offerings enriches the needs of various surrounding target groups. We are pleased that such a fashion provider has confidence in Zwolle Zuid shopping center.” 

Shopping center Zwolle Zuid is a modern convenience shopping center, including Lidl, Albert Heijn, Kruidvat, and Action.  Zwolle Zuid is the district provisioning a primary catchment area of approximately 30,000 inhabitants. The center will soon celebrate its 30th anniversary, which was renovated and expanded in 2010. 

Okay Fashion has 43 stores in the North and East of the Netherlands and it offers casual women’s and men’s fashion from brands, such as Vero Moda, Jack & Jones, Only, Vila, LTB, Cars, and Tom Tailor.
