Altera appoints Thijs Guinee as Performance and Valuation Analyst

Thijs Guinee (33) joins Altera from MVGM, where he was head of research for the past five years. His previous employers include Colliers International. 

Guinee has nine years of experience in analyzing trends and developments in the real estate market. In recent years he has gained a wealth of additional experience in assessing lease and investment transactions in order to support property valuations.

As Performance & Valuation Analyst, a new role at Altera, Guinee will focus primarily on analyzing and advising on the performance of the portfolios. In addition, Guinee will play an important role in the review of external valuations.
