ASCP is the largest independent interest group for the retail real estate and the shopping center industry in Austria. Each year the ACSP congress has a central topic.
The topics in previous years were big data, ESG and neighbourhood development. On the afternoon of 18 November 2024, we will be taking a closer look at “AI – Artificial Intelligence” and will of course also be focusing on the property sector. A well-known philosopher (Liz Hirn), a university lecturer (Michael Kornfeld) and a specialist in AI in retail (Matthias Schlemmer from PwC) have already been secured as speakers.
