A taste of savoir-vivre at Quarree Wandsbek in Hamburg

The French bistro La Parisienne opens in September.

Besides major international brands and its wide range of fresh products, customers of Quarree Wandsbek particularly appreciate its many individual concepts, which are managed with lots of personal commitment and passion. The new bistro La Parisienne is a perfect example for one of those businesses. The couple Isabelle Mimouni and Dennis Brauer developed their idea over many years, and now they are looking forward to opening their bistro in autumn.

“Bringing a bit of French lifestyle to my adopted country, in top yet affordable quality, is very personal for me, as a native Parisian. The new restaurant area at Quarree Wandsbek, which is currently under construction , is the perfect location for La Parisienne,” says Isabelle Mimouni. Besides freshly prepared baguettes, which are made with original French flour and mostly sold “to go” throughout the day, the concept will provide various different freshly prepared meals, depending on the time of day, ranging from French breakfast classics to selected meals for lunch and patisserie specials. The menu includes coffee, other hot and cold beverages, as well as wines and sparkling wines. The total area of La Parisienne in the new restaurant area will amount to 155 sq m.

Union Investment, the owner of Quarree Wandsbek, is investing approximately 40 million euros into the redesign of this well-established shopping center in Hamburg. The entire mall will be comprehensively modernized and restructured by the end of 2020.
