A new treat at Quarree in Hamburg Wandsbek

The Vietnamese restaurant L’Quán opens after the end of the lockdown in the new gastro area on the first floor.

L’Quán owner Daniel Boi Lam is the second tenant (along with French bistro La Parisienne) to be convinced and excited by the new Quarree’s expanded gastro area. “The Quarree is an exciting place. Everything here is currently on the move and undergoing positive change. And my L’Quan–Vietnamese for ‘The Restaurant’–will give the center’s new gastronomy area a special character right from the start with its style, coziness and deceleration,” explains Boi Lam.

L’Quán in the Quarree is the fourth restaurant of the native Vietnamese, who has lived in

who has lived in Hamburg for 40 years. His concept stands for traditional Vietnamese cuisine with high quality as well as for a healthy and balanced diet. In a harmonious atmosphere, guests enjoy pure Asian food culture: Pho soups, bowls, short fried dishes from the wok, and homemade specialties. Due to the fast preparation of the dishes, guests do not have to wait long.

The Quarree is located in the middle of Hamburg’s Wandsbek district, the Hanseatic city’s most populous district. It offers more than 90 stores, cafés and restaurants, a multiplex cinema, a daycare center, and the NBS Northern Business School under one roof in an area of around 50,000 sq m. Each year, the Quarree attracts 11 million visitors. Union Investment, owner of the Quarree, is currently investing around 40 million euros in the redevelopment – as a basis for its continued success. The center is scheduled to undergo extensive modernization and restructuring by March 2021.
