New Look, H&M, Harrods, Zara shut down stores in the UK

The list of retailers in Great Britain, who are temporarily shutting down their stores due to the corona crisis, continues to grow. For example, H&M and Zara recently announced that they will shut down their stores.

After some initial hesitation, Great Britain is now taking increasingly tough measures to contain the strongly increasing number of corona infections. After prime minister Boris Johnsen ordered the closing of schools a few days ago, the British government is now calling upon 1.5 million people with pre-existing conditions to isolate themselves.

Meanwhile, more and more retailers are also shutting down their stores. New Look, H&M Group, River Island, Gap, and Reiss have joined a rapidly-growing list of retailers temporarily shutting their chain of UK stores as the coronavirus crisis continues.
