MEC takes over the W1 in Hamburg

MEC METRO-ECE Centermanagement has taken over the commercial and technical property, center and leasing management for the W1 in Hamburg-Wandsbek.

The assignment comes from the KGAL Group which acquired the business building at the start of 2015 for their special AIF as an investment project. The center opening took place in the autumn of last year.

“The W1 is a very successful and modern center, which is already fully leased. MEC has the task of establishing the location as a popular shopping destination in the district of Wandsbek, which is currently experiencing growth,” explains Christian Schröder, COO of MEC.
