The Real Estate Management platform (REM) comprises a total of 12 management mandates for 9 different property owners with a managed portfolio totaling approximately 680,000 sqm of Gross Lettable Area. Through the acquisition by way of a corporate takeover, Sierra is now one of the largest third-party managers for prime shopping malls in Germany. URW will continue to operate its own assets.

The deal closed on 01 October 2025. For ambas, the completed transaction represents the third successfully closed Corporate M&A deal within a period of 15 months. Prior to this, the company inter alia advised the shareholders of ROS on the sale of their outlet mall management platform to FREY.
