Westfield Donau Zentrum Boosts Fashion Line-Up with Stradivarius, Pull&Bear, and More

Westfield Donau Zentrum, the Austrian capital’s largest shopping and entertainment center, continues to reinforce its position as a retail powerhouse with a major expansion of its fashion portfolio. The center welcomes international brands Stradivarius, Pull&Bear, New Yorker, and Pepe Jeans to its ever-growing mix, setting new benchmarks in the local retail landscape.

With the addition of Stradivarius and Pull&Bear, Westfield Donau Zentrum becomes the only shopping center in Austria to house four Inditex brands under one roof—joining Bershka and the country’s largest Zara. The arrival of Stradivarius marks the brand’s debut in the Austrian market, bringing its globally popular women’s fashion line to a nearly 500-square-metre space.

Pull&Bear, meanwhile, has opened its largest store in Austria at over 1,200 square metres. Featuring a dramatic 20-meter-wide and seven-meter-high storefront and a refreshed interior design, the new flagship offers an immersive shopping experience.

A One-of-a-Kind Retail Destination

New Yorker is also unveiling a unique store concept tailored exclusively for Austria. Spread across two levels and 1,500 square metres, the new space introduces a modern design and curated product offering aimed at a young, fashion-forward audience.

Pepe Jeans will complete the fashion rollout with the opening of its first full-price store in Austria in October 2025. The 130-square-metre boutique will feature the London-based brand’s signature denim and casualwear collections.

“These upcoming store openings reflect Westfield Donau Zentrum’s exceptional positioning in the Austrian capital,” says Katharina Zeiler, Director of Leasing Austria and Germany at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. “With Austria’s largest Pull&Bear, the national debut of Stradivarius, and a one-of-a-kind New Yorker store, we are setting new standards for the shopping experience in Vienna. The center has clearly established itself as the go-to location for brand debuts and flagship formats.”

A Diverse and Evolving Retail Mix

Beyond fashion, the center continues to enhance its variety with recent additions from across retail categories. Haribo opened its first full-price store in Austria in April, offering its iconic selection of sweets, including gummies, marshmallows, and licorice.

Luxury confectionery brand Lakrids by Bülow has also made its Austrian debut with a store dedicated to premium liquorice coated in gourmet chocolate. Samsonite, the global leader in travel goods, has launched a 150-square-metre store offering its renowned luggage and accessories.

Adding further international flair, lifestyle brand Yoyoso has opened its first Austrian location, bringing stylish home goods, beauty products, and accessories to the center. The retail mix is rounded out by the arrival of Mass Shoes and expanded locations for Jack & Jones, ONLY, and a new Only & Sons store set to open in October 2025.

Setting the Pace for Austrian Retail

With more than 260 stores, Westfield Donau Zentrum is solidifying its role not only as a key shopping destination in Vienna but as a launchpad for global retail brands entering the Austrian market.

“Our strategy is clear: we want to be the first choice for innovative retail concepts and international brand entries,” Zeiler adds. “And the market’s response has been overwhelmingly positive.”

As the retail landscape continues to evolve, Westfield Donau Zentrum is proving that bricks-and-mortar shopping can still thrive—when paired with ambition, innovation, and an unmatched mix of global and local brands.
