These new openings support Westgate’s new strategy as a family mall as well as its restructuring of the tenant mix. Westgate designed special segments, such as Westgate Home and Westgate Kids to accommodate specific areas for interior & furniture as well as children. Westgate Home, the interior cluster within the center, now includes Aledo furniture, Si studio furniture, Italian ceramics Happy House, Intermod furniture, mediSpa and J&I Dream, Bima. Moebel Land, a store that opened this summer at the center, has now expanded its store to 8.000 sq m.
