Silverburn Triumphs at REVOS 2025

Glasgow’s leading retail and leisure destination, Silverburn has landed a top award at this year’s REVO’s, the UK’s leading awards dedicated to recognising and celebrating talent within the retail, leisure and placemaking property sector.

Press release

Owned by Henderson Park and managed by Eurofund Group, Silverburn has undergone a dramatic transformation via a strategic programme of operational, commercial and leasing improvements.

Under the stewardship of asset manager, Eurofund Group, the centre has converted from a 20% vacancy rate in 2022 to virtually fully-let by Q4 2025, redefining its offer and improving the tenant mix along the way.

This has seen Silverburn awarded “best asset management initiative of the year” at this year’s REVO’s. Major milestones include securing a flagship Zara, attracting additional Inditex brands including Berskha, Pull&Bear and Stradivarius and securing new stores from H beauty, Haribo and Scotland’s first Kenji, which opened last week. This is complemented by major enhancements to the centre’s leisure offer, which has seen it upsized by 180,000 sq ft, transforming the visitor experience and turning Silverburn into a true “all day” destination.

These improvements and enhancements have translated into tangible commercial success; with 24 new leases signed in the past 18 months, alongside a sales increase of 24%.

Alberto Esguevillas, CEO UK Retail at Eurofund Group, said: “We are incredibly proud of the turnaround we have achieved at Silverburn, ensuring the asset has reached its potential and become established as Glasgow’s leading retail and leisure destination. This transformation hasn’t happened overnight and is the product of a clear strategy, dedication to execute and the shared endeavour of a first-class team across the board”.

Earlier this year, Silveburn was also crowned ‘retail destination of the year’ at the SCEPTRE awards, with judges citing its record-breaking results, driven by a strategic transformation.
