This means that both sites meet the highest standards in energy efficiency, indoor climate, ecology, and environmental compatibility, positioning them among the frontrunners in the region.

BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) In-Use is one of the world’s leading assessment systems for existing buildings. Recognised in more than 80 countries, it analyses factors such as energy consumption, public transport accessibility, water management and overall user experience. The evaluation focuses on common areas – the spaces used by millions of people every year.
