QUARREE Wandsbek (Hamburg, Germany), owned by Union Investment and managed by Sonae Sierra, has added a fresh culinary attraction to its tenant roster: Your Fried Chicken opened this week, bringing a modern twist to the center’s gastronomy line-up.
The franchise introduces a distinctive food concept centered around freshly breaded chicken prepared in high-pressure air fryers, a method that delivers extra-crispy, low-fat, and flavorful dishes. Alongside fried chicken and beef burgers, the menu features vegetarian options, mozzarella sticks, fries, and onion rings, aiming to appeal to Wandsbek’s young and family-oriented clientele while complementing existing dining choices in the center.

The 154-sq-m unit, including seating areas, is located on the mezzanine level overlooking the lively atrium, with additional modern seating in front of the restaurant.
