The Sarni Stok Shopping Mall will soon welcome two new tenants – Pepco, to occupy 492 sq m of space and launch its operations in September, and Liberty Poland, Polkomtel’s partner (54 sq m).

In addition, Rossmann and Douglas have greenlighted extensions of their leases. Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for management and re-commercialisation of the mall.

Drugstore chains Rossmann (466.1 sq m) and Douglas (287.73 sq m) have decided to extend their leases. In the near future, both tenants are planning to carry out renovation on their premises, thanks to which the Sarni Stok Shopping Mall customers will be able to do their shopping in even more comfortable conditions.

“The execution of new leases and extension of cooperation with brands that are well-liked by the shopping mall’s customers demonstrates just how important the Sarni Stok Shopping Mall is in this region’s retail landscape. The shopping mall has enjoyed great popularity among customers for many years now, and it continues to grow,” commented Agnieszka Ługowska, Associate with Real Property Management, Cushman & Wakefield.

The Sarni Stok Shopping Mall is one of the largest shopping malls in Bielsko-Biała. The space of over 33.000 sq m houses 90 stores and service outlets of well-known brands, both foreign and domestic, such as Carrefour, Media Markt, Jula, TK Maxx, H&M, Reserved, or New Yorker, to name just a few.

The convenient location at the junction of main arterial roads leading to the town and to Katowice, Kraków, Żywiec, and Cieszyn is clearly the mall’s strength. The mall offers a two-storey car park with 1.350 parking spaces.
