ROS Retail Outlet Shopping expands its position in the European Outlet Market

ROS Retail Outlet Shopping, with its headquarter in Vienna, founded by Thomas Reichenauer and Gerhard Graf, celebrates its 7th anniversary and enhances its position as leading operator in the European Outlet Market with the opening of the Designer Outlet Croatia.

Since 2011 ROS Retail Outlet Shopping specialises in the development and management of retail real estate with focus on designer outlets and innovative outlet shopping concepts.

The current portfolio of ROS Retail Outlet Shopping includes Designer Outlet Soltau, Designer Outlet Algarve, Designer Outlet Warszawa, Designer Outlet Gdansk, Designer Outlet Sosnowiec, Premier Outlet Budapest, City Outlet Geislingen, Barilla Center Parma and the Designer Outlet Croatia, which was successfully opened last week.

More than 15,000 visitors at the Grand Opening Day of the Designer Outlet Croatia

ROS opened the premium outlet village with more than 55 stores on a gross lettable area of 15,000 sq m. The occupancy rate will grow up to 90% until November 2018 with the arrival of brands such as Desigual, Pepe Jeans, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein and others.

Sports and outdoor enthusiasts can already enjoy great prices at Adidas, Under Armour, Sport Vision, Timberland and Superdry. Men with refined taste can discover brands like Joop!, Strellson and Canali in Heraldi and at Barbolini. Guess, Armani Exchange, Sportina and XYZ Outlet, with brands such as Michael Kors, Ugg, Tosca Blue and Dsquared, capture the attention of many female visitors. Fashion for the whole family is ensured by Tom Tailor, Esprit and United Colors of Benetton. Shoes and Accessories are provided by Mass Shoes, Guliver and Nine West. The joy of shopping is completed with Douglas and Croatian design pop-up stores by Hippy Garden and Xenia Design.

Strong partnership with IKEA Centres, Mutschler Outlet Holding AG and Deutsche Asset Management

ROS Retail Outlet Shopping also strengthened its partnership with IKEA Centres and Mutschler Outlet Holding AG as well as the Deutsche Asset Management.
After the opening of the Designer Outlet Algarve in November last year, the Designer Outlet Croatia is the second project in this constellation. Deutsche Asset Management, which are already the investor of the Designer Outlet Warszawa, Designer Outlet Sosnowiec and Designer Outlet Gdansk recently acquired the Premier Outlet Budapest, which is also managed by ROS Retail Outlet Shopping.

Further four new developments in Germany, France, Spain and Poland
in the pipeline

In addition to the currently operating outlet retail area of around 150,000 square metres, ROS Retail Outlet Shopping also plans further centre extensions and new developments of more than 100,000 square metres outlet retail space by 2020. The new project developments include the Designer Outlet Zaragoza, City Outlets Paris, City Outlet Wuppertal and Fashion Outlet Kraków.
