Real Estate Data Summit /// September 19, 2019 /// Berlin, Germany

The second Real Estate Data Summit is scheduled to take place in Berlin on September 19, 2019.

At the kick-off event in June 2018 (photo), eight of the largest asset management companies in Germany agreed, for the first time, to define a binding index of document categories with uniform data standards. In comparison to the previous year, a significantly larger group of approximately 30 expected participants will address the pressing issues of industry digitization. The central focus will continue to be on a common commitment to standards for data exchange. New participants include JLL, CBRE, BNP Paribas, and Allianz Real Estate. In addition to asset managers and brokers, the Gesellschaft für immobilienwirtschaftliche Forschung e. V. will also be represented this year.
