Thanks to the contract with Pako Lorente we can hand Galaxy over to its owner with a hundred per cent lease. This is a well-known and appreciated shopping centre but its new part will certainly additionally increase its attractiveness. A few weeks ago we completed the last stage of Outlet Park in Szczecin, which is also part of EPP’s portfolio, and was also fully leased. I am glad that Echo Investment has such a significant influence on the retail map of Szczecin,” says Marcin Materny, member of the board at Echo Investment, who is responsible for investments in the retail sector.
