NEINVER adds over 20 brands to FACTORY outlet centres in Poland

NEINVER, a leading investor, developer and operator of outlet centres in Europe and the market leader in Spain and Poland, has strengthened the offer of FACTORY outlets in Poland with new incorporations.

The four FACTORY centres in Warsaw, Krakow and Poznan have added over 20 international fashion brands and food operators in the last months.

Moreover, O bag and Marc O’Polo have entered the Polish and Warsaw’s outlet market, respectively, for the first time.

The new additions also include new catering offers, one of the areas in which the company is focusing to increase the attractiveness of the centres and provide a complete shopping experience to its visitors.

In Warsaw, FACTORY Ursus has increased its offer with O bag, Guess, Guess Accessories, Olsen, Salomon and Premium Home. FACTORY Annopol, in the north of Warsaw, has incorporated the first outlet store of Marc O’Polo in the Polish capital, as well as Guess Accessories, the German Hunkemöller and Converse.

FACTORY Krakow has reinforced its new food court area opened in March with the incorporation of KFC, Olimp, Trattoria Due Tavoli and Berlin Döner Kebap. Additionally, the centre has added a Lindt & Sprüngli chocolate store. On the fashion side new store openings include top international brands such O bag, Under Armour & Keen, Sizeer, Guess Accessories and will add soon fashion brand Timberland.

FACTORY Poznan, in west-central Poland, has incorporated Quicksilver, the shoe store Kazar and fashion label Quiosque.

Established in Poland in 2002 with the opening of the first outlet centre in the country, FACTORY outlets are present today in the cities: Warsaw (Ursus and Annopol), Poznan and Krakow, with a total GLA of 75,500 sq m and 100% occupancy. In 2017, more than 12.4 million customers visited FACTORY centres, while sales increased by 5% compared to the previous year.

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield continues to push for qualitative optimisation of its portfolio in Germany in 2020
