The largest Megasport in Ukraine will open at «Oasis» mall

The 2019 is a year of numerous openings in the largest mall of Khmelnitsky, «Oasis». In the end of January, the renewed Megasport store will open in the shopping center covering a record leasing area for this retailer – 1 400 sq m.

Megasport chain is one of the leaders on the Ukrainian retail market in sports gear segment. Currently, Ukraine has 46 Megasport stores in 27 cities. According to the head of the Megasport leasing service, Gennady Vlasyuk, the company has been a tenant of the «Oasis» shopping center for several years. “And when management of the mall offered to expand the store format almost twice (from 772 sq m to 1,400 sq m), the decision was taken as quickly as possible,” he notes. The relocation entailed a change in the format. Today it will be the first Megasport, presented in a new concept based on new color solutions, updated and modernized equipment, a high level of presentation and large-scale advertising support.

«Oasis» mall located in Khmelnitsky with a total area of 30 000 m2, leasing – more than 24 000 sq m. Location of the mall in the city center and active advertising positioning allows creation effective flows of visitors. The average number of visitors per day is about 15 000 people; over the last year, attendance at the «Oasis» mall amounted to more than 5 000 000 people.
