La Strada Street Mall Concept has inaugurated La Strada Brașov in Romania

La Strada Street Mall Concept, one of the main strip mall developers active on the local market, has inaugurated La Strada Street Mall Concept Brașov, the second project completed after La Strada Street Mall Concept Popești Leordeni.

After nearly 5 Million Euros investment, La Strada Street Mall Brașov will serve the inhabitants of Avantgarden 3 residential complex located in Brașov Bartolomeu district and those living in the surrounding areas.

The new commercial project from Brașov includes a mix of varied tenants, namely stores, restaurants and a wide range of proximity services.

Developed on a plot of 5000 sqm, La Strada Street Mall Concept Brașov comprises 2000 sqm of commercial spaces. La Strada Street Mall Concept Brasov is designed to cover as many needs as possible in the area and to ensure the necessary comfort through its modular configuration and the generous parking places available in front of the main entrances of the shops. In La Strada Street Mall Concept Brasov, the inhabitants living in proximity will find restaurants, pet-shop, flower-shop, grocery stores, beauty salon, pharmacy, medical optics, GSM services, laundry, clothing stores and many more.

The share of local brands is quite significant in the mix of tenants and all the projects developed under La Strada Street Mall Concept brand, pay special attention to the Romanian merchants. Among the main tenants hosted by La Strada Street Mall Concept Brașov are Pizza Hut Delivery, Pepco, Broaster Chicken, Prăvălia Mare, Pui pi’ Jar, Bucuria, Farmacom, Sempre Flowers, Apollo Beauty Salon and Las Vegas.

The next three strip mall projects developed by La Strada Street Mall Concept are scheduled to be launched in 2019 and at the beginning of 2020. Two of them are located in Militari Residence, a high-density residential area from Bucharest and the third one in Bragadiru,

The first project of the developer was inaugurated at the end of 2016 in Popesti Leordeni, a suburb located near Bucharest with more than 38,000 inhabitants. The occupancy rate in Popesti Leordeni is now 100%.

With La Strada Street Mall Concept, the tenants can benefit from a new concept, modular spaces, as well as lower rental costs.
