More than 200 participants are expected at the kick-off of the event. The organizer, Rueckerconsult, will be supported by an investment advisory board chaired by Steffen Sebastian of IREBS in Regensburg. The advisory board consists of investment managers from insurance companies, pension funds, foundations, as well as the proprietary trading activities of credit institutions.
Sebastian explains: “The event bundles discussions on institutional real estate investment topics, information and exhibitions on digital solutions aimed at increasing the efficiency of processes, and trust-building exchanges in meeting lounges. This combination renders InvestExpo both focused and innovative. In addition, real estate only plays a minor role at most asset allocation events, compared to equities, bonds, and private equity.”
The aim is to establish a platform for the discussion of investment topics between investors and investment and asset managers. In a second, concurrent forum, the participants will discuss solutions for the digitization of processes, real estate, and reporting systems, as well as structuring topics. The new event will provide a meeting place for the discussion of controversial topics in direct and indirect real estate investment. In lieu of presentations, the focus will be on intensive, debate-driven exchange. In addition to the two parallel discussion forums, InvestExpo will feature an exhibitor area for company stands and meeting lounges for the purpose of arranging individual discussions prior to the event.
