Chapman Taylor has been appointed to propose the interior design of Grozny Mall by Smart Building Development and Construction, for whom they designed the previous Grozny Mall architectural and landscaping phases.

Grozny Mall is the largest shopping mall in the south of Russia, bringing together famous retail brands within a 132,000 sq m floor-space. A hypermarket, food court and restaurants complement the retail offering, while leisure facilities include an IMAX cinema and a children’s entertainment area. Underground parking provides space for 1,000 cars.

The centre is integrated into Kausar Park, which is a landscaped area covering approximately 20 hectares, and includes a riverside development, an amphitheatre, pavilions, a Ferris wheel and children’s entertainment features.
