During its meeting on December 3, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield’s Supervisory Board appointed Kathleen Verelst as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and a member of the URW Management Board – recommended by the Group’s Governance, Nomination and Remuneration Committee (“GNRC”).
