On December 5, 2025, MINISO opened its newest store at Flinger Straße 27 in Düsseldorf, marking its largest retail location in Germany to date. The new store’s debut meets the expectations of local shoppers as well as trengthening the retailer’s growing presence across the European market.

MINISO, the lifestyle product retailer offering high-quality household goods, cosmetics, food, and toys has signed a 10-year lease on 270 sq m at Basingstoke’s Festival Place. The new store, which opened on Saturday the 10th of December, is the thirteenth to open in the UK, the second in South East England and the first in Hampshire.

Landsec has announced the entrance of two new retailers at Westgate, the approximately 74,320 sq m retail and leisure destination in Oxford City Centre. Japanese-inspired brand, Miniso, and world-renowned British toy emporium, Hamleys, have both launched at the destination.

The inner-city shopping centre ALEXA concluded 2025 on a strong note. With a letting rate of 99 per cent, the centre was almost fully leased and recorded increases in both visitor numbers and turnover compared with the previous year.
