Largest Zara flagship store in Germany – Inditex and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield extend partnership at Westfield Centro

Zara is relocating within the shopping and leisure destination and significantly expanding its presence: Through extensive construction measures, a flagship store with 6,000 sq m of rental area is being created on a central axis on the ground floor of Westfield Centro. The opening is planned for the first half of 2025. Until then, Zara will continue to operate its current store in the center. Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) and Inditex are once again strengthening their strategic partnership in Germany with this new cooperation.

The Inditex clothing brand, Bershka, is marking its regional debut at Liverpool ONE. Spanning 743 sq m on South John Street, the space houses, the brand’s three main lines: Bershka, BSK and Man, as well as a number of exclusive ranges.

Inditex 4: Stradivarius joins Liverpool ONE

Grosvenor has announced that the international fashion brand, Stradivarius, has chosen Liverpool ONE for its city debut. Set to open in October 2022, the 743 sq m flagship store will become the fourth Inditex-owned brand based in this retail destination.

Etele Plaza introduces all the Inditex brands with their new store design concepts

With an occupancy rate over 75%, Etele Plaza has already attracted some of the major fashion tenants. Inditex Group will be present in Buda’s largest shopping and entertainment centre with all of its brands available in Hungary, including Zara fashion store featuring a brand new design concept. Hungary’s first smart plaza located in the immediate vicinity of Etele square is going to open its doors in the third quarter of 2021.
