5th German Factory-Outlet Congress, November 29 – 30, 2018 Leipzig, Germany

Labels love factory outlets and they are in increasingly high demand among investors and banks.

They ensure a solid cash-flow and outlets are virtually immune to the army of online providers. However, the many successful projects and their operators, who are represented at this year’s 5th German Factory-Outlet Congress, show that any success depends strongly on performance.

The event takes place from November 29 to 30 at the Salles de Pologne in Leipzig, Germany. Therefore, it makes perfect sense that a tour of the Halle Leipzig The Style Outlet is scheduled for first day of the conference.

“Investment Talk – Outlets: nice to have or must-have?” or “Mixed emotions: Are outlets opportunities for small and medium-sized cities?” are among the key questions of the congress. This year’s speakers include Joachim Will (Managing Director of ecostra GmbH), Leon Meyer (Managing Director of CityOutlet Rietberg GmbH) as well as Patrick Müller (owner of Munitor Group).
