The conference is revolving around the principles of break, shake, and take – what should the industry break from, shake up or keep as it is?
Due to the global pandemic, only a limited number of seats are available for a live audience, which the GCSP (German Council of Shopping Places) has adapted to and resolved through a hybrid system, enabling attendees to join via live streaming. Therefore, everyone is connected – onsite visitors in Hamburg’s Hanseviertel and digital attendees as one whole community.
The 3 main topics this year are retail, municipal issues, and customers. Journalist Annika de Buhr will moderate the discussions which will include Heidi Houy (KeepLocal GmbH), Christian Mikunda (CommEnt Mikunda-Schulz KG), Thorsten Mindermann (H&M Germany), Edgar Rosenberger (Retail Brand Services), Klaus Striebich (RaRE Advise and member of the Across Advisory Board) and many more.
