The Global Leisure Group – with brands like SPI Global Play and Sidijk – acquired two-third of former ELI Play. A total of four European organizations, including: Playlife Germany, Playlife Slovakia, HPS Play Company (Austria) and Theme Works (Slovakia), have joined world’s largest supplier of leisure concepts. With this acquisition, the Global Leisure Group further expands its coverage in Central Europe and strengthens its position as worldwide market leader in full leisure and play concepts.

Kaari Shopping Center is, with its ~50,000 sqm, the sixth largest shopping center in Helsinki Metropolitan Area. With a combined area of ~5,000 sqm, the new tenants are retail company Tokmanni and JYSK as well as Gigantti (Elgiganten), the leading Nordic chain offering home electronics and appliances. The center also hosts Prisma Kaari, the largest hypermarket and grocery store in Finland, currently doing a concept renewal to further improve its offering and customer experience.

The American lifestyle brand Kendall + Kylie opens the first franchise store in Europe in Sofia. It covers an area of 132 square meters and is located on the first floor of Sofia Ring Mall. The store is part of the sales network of FF Group Bulgaria in partnership with ICB S.A. (International Celebrity Brands).

For weeks, everyone was waiting in the wings, but on June 1, the time had come: After the Hamburg Senate decided to allow fitness studios to reopen, the starting signal was also given at Quarree. The young company Xtrafit from Cologne opened its first studio in the Hanseatic city.
